Theme is not working and Outline either

Type: Performance Issue

This started happening since a couple of weeks ago. It happens all the time when working with Python. Suddenly, the outline stoped updating when I was creating a new section for Jupyter and also the themes are not working in general. I create variables and the themes don't highlight anything or do it partially.
