Caret rounded corners #196689

Recently some platforms have adopted the rounded corners for the caret. And I have to say they look nice. Since everything can be customized about vscode and its caret, why not having the option of rounded corner carets?

@daviddossett hi! yes, its marked with the .cursor class:
