I Can't run the terminal program

even though i have tried various methods, i have reinstalled JDK and reinstalled Python, but instead it comes out like this "Cannot activate the 'Python C++ Debugger' extension because it depends on the 'Python' extension, which is not loaded. Would you like to reload the window to load the extension?" and "Couldn't start client Java Language Server"
