I am facing this issue for a while(currenlty on 1.88.0-insider) , I am wondering if it was the reason of bad internet connection, is IntelliSense running locally or are some of the features based on server?

As an example, when I have written some codes, IntelliSense will take round 1-2 mins to make some reaction to those new codes. It does some reactions, which seems to indicate an internet connection problem on my sight.

Btw, VSCode keeps asking me to install "TypeScript Vue Plugin (Volar)", which has been deprecated and then telling me to uninstall it because it was deprecated. It is also a very strange behaviour.

after all the extensions disabled and vscode updated and restarted, this loading status still kept showing, and vscode still kept asking me to install the deprecated TS Vue Plugin Volar.

I was trying to reproduce the problem today, but I found an update to new Vue Plugin version, after updating, the issue disappeared.
