VS Code Flashing Screen #206886

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing with VS Code recently. Whenever I switch files, the screen keeps flashing. I am wondering if this could be a bug in the software.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling VS Code, but unfortunately, it did not solve the issue. The flashing screen persists even after the reinstallation.

Version 1.89.1, this issue still exists.

Disabling GPU acceleration seems to fix this issue.
