my vs code doesn't identify the changes which I make in code in changes componants there is zero change even if i made change in code and save it also

In what sense it doesn't indentation ify changes? Is it missing add/update highlights in gutter and/or files missing in source control view?

Or you run something and it doesn't change behavior.
