Visual Studio Code Bug/Error User Interface Issue #208144

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: No

I need a solution to my problem, I experience a bug/error when using Visual Studio Code, where the bug/error is the User Interface display that will appear lines immediately when opening visual studio code on my laptop screen. strangely, this only happens in my Visual Studio Code application, when I try in other applications my screen display is still fine.

This is how it looks when I use it : vsc error

I've tried using the latest version but it's still not resolved.

Does the issue occur when running code --disable-gpu from a Windows command prompt?

When I run code --disable-gpu from the comment prompt window it has no impact on my visual studio code application problem (no change).
