diffs are barely visible in HC light theme #209671

  1. set color theme to be HC light
  2. make some changes in a file
  3. see gutter decorations, but barely noticeable ones in the editor of different colors
  4. switch themes, see the diffs

actually, I just noticed they are. But they're extremely hard to see...
