Does the issue happen only with VS Code and not any other application opening the same folder ? The error indicates generic hardware error which i doubt is only triggered by VS Code.

An error occurs only when using CS CODE for editing, while using other tools such as Visual Studio 2022 or other MCU compilers does not result in any errors

@peifei-huang, you can help us out by closing this issue if the problem no longer exists, or adding more information.

Based on my experience of encountering multiple software crashes, using the shortcut key Ctrl + / to comment out code in IntelliSense triggers software crashes, not specific code. It feels like it's the specific location where the code is located because commenting out the same code elsewhere does not cause the software to crash.
