Global Menu in Kubuntu 24.04 not working anymore #212253

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VSCode info:

OS info: Operating System: Kubuntu 24.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.11 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0 Qt Version: 5.15.13 Kernel Version: 6.8.0-31-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i5-10210U CPU @ 1.60GHz Memory: 15.2 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open VSCode
  2. See application menu in window top bar instead of global top bar (see pictures)

Other programs appearance (in this case dolphin file manager): image

Some days ago this worked fine with VSCode
