I cannot access servers with ssh.

I am also suffering issues since the latest update:

SSH keeps running into an issue apparently trying to access locating a resource named 'bootstrap-fork.js' This the output in the terminal:

Hey @aliustun I solved my issue by deleting the .vscode-server folder on my remote machine and restarting VSCode locally.. VSCode re-installed the server setup and everything is working again.. Maybe try it out on your end to see if it also fixes your issues.
