Input issue #212520

Type: Bug

IDE is not taking any input at first, a regressive random typing on the keyboard somehow activates the text and it starts taking the input but then the keyboard shortcuts are also not working for eg "ctrl + x" and " ctrl + v".

If you follow steps from bot below it should help to pinpoint issue.

But does it work as expected if you disable Vim extension?
