Support a remote specific `files.dialog.defaultPath` setting #213426

          As the message tries to explain, this setting in your local user-level settings.json will have no effect on the remote WSL workspace you currently have open. You need to set it at the remote workspace level. The Settings Editor tabs can help you do this.

Also, please edit the title of this issue so it summaries your new problem instead of just repeating the comment from @alexr00 in your original issue.

Sorry, I opened issue in 3rd time :-) you right that "this setting in your local user-level settings.json will have no effect on the remote WSL workspace you currently have open", and as I understand, this parameter worked only for local, and not for WSL, perhaps there is an alternative parameter “Files.dialog.default Path” for WSL?
