Steps to Reproduce:

Open vscode
Update vscode (via terminal)
Open new vscode window without closing old
Incorrect corrupt popup shows up

Happened again today, I installed the update and then ran the workbench.action.reloadWindow command. It used to crash the editor completely, so I guess a corruption warning is a little better?

At least now it says there's a version mismatch with extensions
