Debug console doesn't appear on Restart (Ctrl+Shift+F5)

The latest update fixed the fact that the Debug console wasn't appearing on starting a debug session (F5), however it still doesn't appear if I do Restart (Ctrl+Shift+F5). I'm working on a CMake based C++ project.

I don't think it's intended to. I don't think I would ever expect this, it's a bit different because you're already in a debug session at this point. Why do you want to debug console to be shown at that time?

Thanks for the reply. When I press Ctrl+Shift+F5 it switches from the Debug Console to the Terminal tab to show the output of the build, and then when the built process starts it remains in the terminal tab, so effectively pressing Ctrl+Shift+F5 results in switching from Debug Console to Terminal, forcing me to manually reselect the Debug Console tab. To me the Debug Console should be always shown when the process starts.
