Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

VS Code Version:
OS Version: When I come to install the telebot library or the pyTelegramBotAPI, import telebot does not work for me

Please attach image of the issue you're facing, sounds more like an issue of your local python install, rather than vscode.

No, I have downloaded the library pip install telebot, but when the library installation is finished and I type import telebot, an error appears. Do you understand? code
