Built-in Treminal. Keyboard layout does not switch, does not switch to another language #219565

The built-in terminal does not switch to another input language. Clean installation of KUbuntu 24.04, clean installation of VSCode, two languages installed: English and Russian. Other applications switch languages normally. If you switch to Russian in the built-in terminal and press CAPS LOCK, you will enter large Cyrillic letters, if you unpress CAPS LOCK, you will enter Latin characters, if you press SHIFT, you will also enter large Cyrillic letters.

Maybe VSCode doesn't work properly with fcitx https://fcitx-im.org/wiki/Fcitx_5
