Feature request: Change git `Commit` button text to `Commit Staged` if staged changes are in list #220008

Change git Commit button text to Commit Staged if staged changes are in list, if no staged changes, leave text as it is now.

This is important due to not obvious what will be committed in case of button use (current changes or staged), but always are committed staged first
