vsCode在Mac电脑上无法打开

我是Mac电脑, Apple M1芯片, 之前使用的VSCode在7.7日突然无法打开, 提示:"上次您打开“Code”时，它在重新打开窗口时意外退出。您要再次尝试重新打开它的窗口吗？", 点击重新打开或不重新打开都没有反应, 然后我卸载了重装官网的多个版本也依然出现这个问题, 最后我找了很久以前已经下载的1.23.1 版本的VSCode安装包, 可以使用但是不能更新版本不好用. 我现在怎么才能使用新版本呢?

It prompted: "The last time you opened "Code", it quit unexpectedly while reopening its windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?" Clicking on either "Reopen" or "Don't Reopen" had no response. I then uninstalled and reinstalled multiple versions from the official website, but the same issue persisted. Finally, I found an old installation package of VSCode version 1.23.1 that I had downloaded a long time ago. It works, but I can't update it and it's not very user-friendly. How can I use a newer version now?
