vscode can still be resized from the bottom when maximized in Windows #221231

Type: Bug

  1. maximize the window
  2. hover mouse onto the bottom of the window
  3. mouse pointer showed updown resize icon and can be dragged

I think normal window should not have the ability to resize by dragging the borders.

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.91.0. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.
