Error applying Insiders update #221269

Type: Bug

Error displayed trying to update VSCode Insiders.

After "Checking for Update", then clicking "Install Update(1)", and error is displayed:

Trying to click "Install Update" again now gives a continuous error:

Shortcut on taskbar to launch VSCode points to:

/duplicate

Already fixed, but users affected by it need to reinstall from the EXE. Settings will be preserved.
