Endgame Retrospective

Goal: To reflect on the endgame just finished, discuss critical points, generate action items and prepare the next endgame champ for their role to come.

Pre-requisites

• [ ] Schedule a 1 hour Teams meeting for the week after release with: champ

Retrospective

• Month/Day @ Time Meeting Invite

Format

1. Spend 10 minutes individually collecting points for the three categories: liked, lacked, concerns.
2. Discuss the most pressing points.
3. Distill action items from the discussion.
4. Create GitHub issues from the action items.
5. Post important findings in the release channel
