Give options for outliner

We need

• collapse (and option to show just class, functions)
• open all in tree
• search context
• indicate item line code next to item (before name or after eg. #no #100 Function)
• discrete separators from class functions and vars
• icons to hide some items, or option to include fact that item is hidden in code (collapsed by arrow - but also can be nice collapsed in code from outline)
• the indicated name on documents is by buble above name, should be some other type like just focus row
• for some reason class separator and continuation looks ugly
