notebook.output.wordWrap is not working #221681

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version: 1.91.1
OS Version: win11

In the previous versions, this issue didn't occur and everything was running smoothly. In the recent versions, it seems like this issue has emerged, even when I use this particular parameter.

I have reinstalled Visual Studio Code and set the 'true' parameter, but it's not making a difference.

@SunYong0821 does closing the notebook and then reopening it fix the problem?
