When selecting a specific font (MonoLisa), weird symbols instead of characters on latest insiders build

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select MonoLisa font Example:

Does the issue repro when you start the application with --disable-blink-features="FontMatchingCTMigration"

Looks like running with --disable-blink-features="FontMatchingCTMigration" fixes the issue
