Smooth scroll not working if window.zoomLevel==1 #224714

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

VS Code Version: 1.92.0
OS Version: Win 11 23H2

Steps to Reproduce:

set "window.zoomLevel": 1
smooth scrool will not working
However, interestingly, if the zoomlevel is not 1 but rather 1.1, 0.9, or any other number, smooth scrolling works fine.

I can confirm this issue too in W 11, there are no problem on 0-0.9 or 1.1 - ∞, only happens on window.zoomLevel 1

Can confirm. Happens on both 1440p and 1080p displays.

Second this, stop working from last week for me, setting zoom level to other than 1 fixed the issue

Same here.

My current workaround is: "window.zoomLevel": 1.0001
