Mouse out of sync on chromeos #224922

Type: Bug

When using the laptop monitor together with an external monitor (different resolutions in my case not sure if that is related), if VS codes is placed on the laptop screen and the lid of the laptop is closed. VS Code will move to the external monitor, but the mouse cursor will be totaly offset, making it impossible to click. This does no happend if the window is moved manually, just when it get automaticly moved. It does not happend for any other apps then VS Codes.

I'm experiencing same issue on Acer Chromebook 516 GE, connecting to 4K monitor
