Does the performance improve if you set the scm.showHistoryGraph setting to false?

I think I'm having the same issue. Git is not updating the "Changes" tab without me manually clicking refresh both with or without scm.showHistoryGraph enabled. Definitely a recent regression

Does it resolve the issue if you set typescript.tsserver.experimental.useVsCodeWatcher to false?
