Steps to Reproduce:

Right now user thinking that selected is more Lines due row. So maybe add separation selected lines / selected letters ?

I'm not sure I understand. Are you referring to the color of the selected background in the editor, or to the (9 selected) in the status bar?

9 selected - on bottom, We have option to have selected cols in row and rows (this last is more interested in my opinion, even col for debug is important also). Soo maybe: Ln 219 (1 selected), Col5 (9 selected)?
