vc code can't open my internal fils

i am facing aa problem with opening any files or projects .i tried to deleted and download it again ,but noting change .

Edit:

i solve the problem by deleting the cachdata directory .and i don't know where the problem came from ,but i hope you discover it as soon as possible . and i hope this error won't happen with other users .
