The bottom border of popup menu is cut #228659

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version: 1.93.1
OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19045

Steps to Reproduce:

Hide the Status bar
Click the Manage button in the bottem left
See the picture below

(Update: it's still remaining in version 1.93.1)

I'm not seeing to on my own windows machine.

Are you using a none default theme?
Does it only happen when the status bar is hidden?

Yes, it only happens when the status bar is hidden.

In my case, even if I'd reloaded the vscode with disabling all extensions and the default theme, it still happened. See the picture below:
