[Accessibility] Still cannot kill Chat read-aloud via ESC once after the event is triggered for about 5 secs

In Chat, trigger read aloud. You can kill it via ESC only immediately. Just let the read-aloud progress for about 5-10 secs and try to kill it via ESC. It does not stop. Also, if you trigger the read-aloud event again after 5 secs, you will hear the doubled read-aloud events simultaneously.

Also, if you trigger the read-aloud event again after 5 secs, you will hear the doubled read-aloud events simultaneously.

Why would a user do this? Maybe we should prevent this from happening, but not sure it's a bug.
