repeat action for Jupyter walkthrough #229589

Testing #229460

In the Jupyter walkthough, as pictured below, there are two "actions" you can take from the first submenu. Both the "Jupyter extension" in blue text and the button "search jupyter extension" do the same action which feels redundant.
