Error message in the terminal to report the bug. #229859

Environment: VS Code version: 1.93.1 OS: windows 10

Attachment error_vs_code

Steps to Reproduce: Step 1 : Run the simple python file step 2 : After execution, in the terminal below ERROR message appears.
