Open a file in the editor. Make some changes. Save the file. The bid dot that identifies save pending is cleared in the explorer icon, but not in the title of the page (the upper element with a search icon and the title of the page), as expected.

Hi: I'm attaching 2 screenshots to this mail. They clarify the issue: Before I save the changes in the editor, the dot showing that changes are pending shows both in the explore icon and in the title of the page (uppermost section with a search icon). After I save the changes, the dot disappears from the explore icons, but it persists in the page title.

Looks like the attachment did not work.

Hi Benjamin. It is very extrange, because I tried again the attachments in my computer and they opened OK. I'll try again in a few minutes, after I check them.

Hi Benjamin.

I'm sending again the attachments to illustrate the issue:

I open a file in vs code.
I make some changes in the text (See attachment 'Before saving').
After I save the file, the big dot that indicates the need to save the document persists in the title rectangle (incorrect) and disappears in the explore icon (correct).
