Lost programs, can't find folder after update #231162

Open safieradam opened 3 days ago

Type: Bug

I can't go up the folder list and find my folder / files after you wiped out my open python programs for this update. I'm NOT a proficient user so messing with my settings, wiping my open tabs and making me search for my open project files is a big setback.

Did you maybe store your code in a subfolder of the one VS Code got installed in? If so then you should have been presented with a warning that it is liable to being deleted by an update.
