Explorer Pane tooltips that show on hover, which display the file path, can't currently be turned off, even when changing the setting in the settings.json file for "editor.hover.enabled" to false. The same tooltip that shows the file path on hover also does so when hovering over the tabs at the top of the editor. These tooltips are extremely distracting and aggravating, as they break your concentration.
Please add an option to disable tooltips that show the file path, or an option to disable all tooltips in VS Code.
