Visual studio code can't update #231526

At the moment the updates start and tries to install, however, the installer hangs and will not finish the update and get stuck.

Having issues installing and update VS Code insiders 1.95.0 as well. During installation it hangs on "extracting files..." though it seems to install and complete other than setting up the start menu shortcut. However, also running into the same issue where updating within VS Code just hangs and never completes.
