Code insiders crashes when clicking file menu #231759

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Code Insiders
  2. Click the File menu link at the top of the main window (it appears to only affect file; all other menus appear fine)
  3. The window closes without prompt or error

This was on a working machine with many development hours on it, so it is not a fresh install and is known as a good environment.
