All menubar menu are positioned wrongly when zoomed.

Type: Bug

After recent update, not sure from when, the menus in menubar are all offset to the right. The more you zoomed out the more it offset. This is incredibly annoying since I can't interact with profile or account button, their simply hidden because it's too right to stay inside the window boundery. Menus on the left hand side are interactable, but the offset still presents. This happened to both my work pc and home pc and regardless the profile i use. I've tried to reinstall the vscode and it's not fixing the problem.
