Better visuals for focused pane #56942

Issue Type: Bug

Need better visual display when moving the mouse between different panes, such as code panes and terminal panes. It's not clear if you are in the focused pane and you start typing in the wrong place, happens a lot for me. This is with the dark backgrounds.
