Windows taskbar icons flicker #73721

Windows taskbar icons keep flickering on random interval, i didnt find anything about this on google hopefully somebody will know what's happending, it only happends with vscode

VSCode Version: 1.33.1 (user setup)
OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.17763

Steps to Reproduce:

Edit a file

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

it was not vscode, pcloud client does it somehow.
