Not sure how to stably reproduce this but since i started to use Vim again in VSCode repo from last week, when I saw "Running Save Participants", Vim will just stuck. It probably makes sense as they are in the same extension host / thread, but unluckily, I didn't know which "Save Participant" is leading to this.
