vs code 重新加载时不中断终端 #82487

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. 更新插件
  2. 重新加载窗口
  3. 终端被终止

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: No

我希望vs code重新加载时不会终止终端。例如：开发node.js项目，服务正在运行，重新加载时vs code，服务会停止。
