monaco-editor version: 0.18.1 Browser: Chrome / Edge β OS: Windows

Steps or JS usage snippet reproducing the issue:

Cannot input with Chrome Extension Google Input Tool. Alphabet can be entered. Japanese and Chinese etc are impossible

Install the extension and enter in Japanese or Chinese
