Thanks for the report @InTheCloudDan We are looking into this issue, we will keep you posted as soon as possible
Hi @InTheCloudDan We will hit this error while re uploading already existing extension in the Marketplace, as we reserved vsix id's. Can you please try extension update through options from the extension.
-Select an extension from the list of displayed items. -Right-click and select Update for the publisher.
Hi @madhurivadaligithub thanks for following up here. That process was followed with the same error resulting. Can you help us with any next steps please?
Hi @InTheCloudDan Can you please share what changed w.r.t. service endpoints between these extension versions?
@madhurivadaligithub we were only trying to change the logo as part of the update. Nothing related to the service endpoints.
Hi @InTheCloudDan We are not able to repro this issue on our local setup, we are successfully updated with new logo, can you please share more details (like error details, active logs) Also please share updating extension vsix for route cause
@madhurivadaligithub is there an email we can send the updated extension vsix or do you want it uploaded directly here?
Yes, please share your vsix to vsmarketplace@microsoft.com
@madhurivadaligithub this was sent 3 days ago. Can you confirm receipt from a launchdarkly.com
account?
Hi @InTheCloudDan we have received updated VSIX file and observed no changes other than logo, but usually we will receive reported error when we do changes at service end points categories or if extension already present and trying to upload from another publisher again. Your scenario is new to us, we are working on it and keep you updated
@madhurivadaligithub Just checking in to see if there's been any update?
Hi @InTheCloudDan to understand more, do you have 2 extensions with same name on the Marketplace We observed this in your shared screenshot, can you please share full screen shot of your publisher manage page and extension urls for further investigation.
Since we haven't heard back from you in a while, we assume the issue is resolved. Feel free to create a new ticket if you have any other issues.
Describe the bug Trying to publish an update to the LaunchDarkly Integration V2 Azure Dev Ops extension by following your documentation but am running into a variety of issues.
When trying to download the certificate I get
{"$id":"1","innerException":null,"message":"TF400898: An Internal Error Occurred. Activity Id: 011ce816-xxxx-xxxx-b700-2bbca5e14a5a.","typeName":"System.Exception, mscorlib","typeKey":"Exception","errorCode":0,"eventId":0}
I can provide full activity Id if needed
Expected behavior That the extension would successfully publish
