Pluralization issue with "1 Open Issues" and "1 Pull Requests" #586

Describe the bug Issues and pull requests are not pluralized properly in the singular.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=kmahalingam.vscode-language-cimpl
  2. Scroll down to Project Details

Expected behavior "1 Open Issue" and "1 Pull Request".
