Not very relevant extensions with exact word match shouldn't be at the top of the search in the marketplace

Examples:

• https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=aldijav.golangwithdidi - this extension is number 1 for the search word golang. It's a preview, it hasn't been updated for several years, and in the description has "Just for Aldi" which point to the extension created just for a person. This could be filtered out in the following ways:
  • If preview extension wasn't updated in x month it could be moved down
  • If extension has almost empty description it could be moved down
• https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=wyvern.swagger&ssr=false#review-details this is number 1 for the search word swagger. It looks like it's abandoned. Short description would allow to filter it out.
• https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=KamenokoSoft.wasm-playground IMO, it's not very relevant. This is what likely need to be the extension number 1 https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=dtsvet.vscode-wasm Short description should allow it to be filtered out. Another idea is to move down extension without a valid icon.
