The VSIX ID of the extension cannot be changed #851

Describe the bug

I never changed the VSIX ID and the marketplace started throwing this weird error. Is it a bug on the marketplace? How to get it fixed?

The VSIX ID: 41DB9DFA-9F21-45A4-B111-22FBD1C3AD94

Expected behavior

It should upload the VSIX through the Github Actions.
