Fail Linux Extension on .Net6 UnSupported OS #216

Fail provisioning an agent on Linux if the OS is not supported by the new .NET 6 based v3 agent. Same feature also implemented for the Windows extension #215

Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 and Oracle Linux 6.8

Successfully downloads and configures an agent on Ubuntu 20.04
Fails on Oracle Linux with the following error
